Magistrate in Saidapet heard the statement given by N Seshadri Kumar. In
the statement Seshadri made it clear that former deputy chief minister M
K Stalin, his son Udayanidhi Stalin, Srinivas, P Venugopal Reddu, Raj
Shankar and Subba Reddy forced him to part with his 6000 sft property
located at Cenotaph Road in Teynampet in the year 2010.
The land was sold to Venugopal Reddy and the registration was done in
Seshadri’s house under the supervision of sub-registrars Paul Pandi and
Hariharan both of whom were promoted as registrar in Madurai and deputy
inspector general of registrations respectively. The magistrate also
collected statements from the registrars.
